When you have kids, you learn to cook pancakes. Then you teach said kids to make pancakes. After a couple of disasters big and small, the family pancake factory is up and running smoothly. This makes for many pleasurable weekend mornings and long, leisurely breakfasts. This recipe is based on Mark Bittman’s Everyday Pancakes.
